I’m the one who makes sure we get each job done on-time, on-target and on-budget.

I have spent most of my career as an efficiency consultant, coaching my clients on organizational skills, administrative work-flow and bookkeeping. This agency is filled with some visionary talent, but someone has to keep our feet on the ground and Brady’s hands on the wheel. I quickly jumped on board after hearing about the agency’s creative business model and unique services. I don’t know of any other company that combines the skills of a modern newsroom with the marketing and media strategy of a major ad firm. It’s fascinating. But working with a room-full of “creatives” can be a challenge. The ‘herding cats’ analogy comes to mind…

For the clients, I’m the one who manages each project from start to finish. Questions usually come to me first. Paperwork usually originates at my desk. I’m the hands-on, day-to-day, put-it-on-paper type. Basically, I run the place.

I am married to “Dan the Man” and we are blessed with three children, and a Labrador. When I am not at one of my children’s events, you can find me participating in a triathlon, fishing at the nature center, or encouraging women through the trials that life brings. I have a B.S. in Computer Science.
