Anna Canizales is a student at the University of Texas at Austin and a part-time copy editor at the Brady Media Group. Anna was an Austin reporting fellow in Spring 2021 and began copy editing part-time in April. She is currently working as Associate News Edito, where she has worked in various roles covering politics, breaking news and the university’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Anna is a government major and a member of the UT chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
